The Western Undergraduate Exchange

The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) offers lower tuition to first-time freshman, who qualify from certain western states.

You may qualify based on your high school academic performance and ACT or SAT test scores.

If you are from one of these states, you should consider the WUE:

• Alaska Arizona California Hawaii Idaho

  Montana Nevada New Mexico North Dakota Oregon

  South Dakota Utah Washington Wyoming

• Qualified students pay 1.5 percent of the gross tuition rate. Academic criteria for the WUE vary based on the student pool. Awards are renewable for up to 10 continuous fall and winter terms if all continuing requirements are met.
