We are here to make your transition back into Fort Lewis College as easy and smooth as possible.

If you have not attended Fort Lewis for at least two consecutive semesters, you will need to reapply.

After leaving Fort Lewis, if you attended college at another institution, you will need to have official transcripts sent to:
