Fort Lewis Merit Scholarship for Colorado Residents

• For residents of Colorado
• $500 annual award to students with a 92 to 100 index
• $1,000 annual award to students with a 101 index or greater
• Guaranteed for a total of 8 semesters or 120 credits,
  whichever comes first
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete 30 credits
  per academic year
  

Fort Lewis Merit Scholarship for Non-Colorado Residents 

• For students who don't live in a WUE state* 
• $1,000 annual award to students with a 92 to 100 index
• $2,000 annual award to students with 101 index or greater
• Guaranteed for a total of 8 semesters or 120 credits, whichever comes first
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete 30 credits
  per academic year

How to apply:

• Apply to Fort Lewis College and pay the $30 application fee. Apply online or download a printable copy.
• Send official High School transcripts to:
  Office of Admission
  Fort Lewis College
  1000 Rim Drive
  Durango, CO 81301
• Submit an official copy of your ACT and/or SAT score report to Fort Lewis, using test codes 0510 and 4310 respectively. The TOEFL code is 4310.
