The Associated Students of Fort Lewis College (ASFLC) is a body of 15 student senators and two executives elected to their positions by the student body.
Its goals are to allocate the student activity fee to registered student organizations and to represent the students' interests to the administration, faculty and staff, government and the general public.
By representing students of Fort Lewis College, the ASFLC Senate assists with issues of administrative, academic, legislative, cultural, and/or social nature.
The ASFLC Senate also advocates autonomy of the student organizations under the ASFLC Senate constitution, promotes education through constructive dialogues, and allocates student fees in the most responsible and effective manner possible.
Fort Lewis students elect 15 senators and two executives. Among other things, the representatives allocate funds generated from student activity fees.
